+ -1 moreGreat. John gets me my rent immediately once he gets it. he communicates well and is flexible to my needs as an owner. He is friendly with tenants, he gets things done. I am thrilled he is now in charge of my properties.
Description of Work: manages my 16 units. screens tenants, credit reports, addresses tenant issues, communicates with landlord with any concerns, all aspects of managing properties
