Very disappointed.

"[Member Name Removed], We never did any work for you. I am sorry you were disappointed after our brief phone call. You were only looking for glass block and were told that we do not install that type of window. As far as our pricing, you asked what a new basement window could cost. We generally do not quote a job over the phone and any numbers you were given over the phone was just a ballpark estimate and not an actual quote. We would need to actually visit your house to give an actual quote. IF we were given a chance to do work for you I am sure you would have been more than satisfied with the quality of our windows and installation as were the other customers that reviewed us on Angies List that we actually did work for. Thank You"

I met Dave, the supervisor, at the state fair and he came out two weeks later to look at my house. Anytime I had a question, he we answer it promptly. It took two weeks for them to get the materials but then they showed up on time every day. They were very professional and worked efficiently. All of the old wood siding was removed, all of the trash was cleaned up, and they were done within 5 days. I was impressed with how meticulous and clean they were. I never found an issue with their work and on the last day I did a walkthrough with Dave and everything is perfect. I look at my house every day and am very pleased. I am going to put their sign back out in my yard this spring because I was that impressed with this company.
