THIS IS A MAIL-IN SERVICE BASED IN SYRACUSE, NY, WELL WORTH THE EXTRA COST OF POSTAGE. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, BUSINESS ETHIC, AND WORK. I HAVE HAD THE VCR BACK FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 WEEKS, TESTED IT ONCE, AND IT WORKED LIKE NEW. GIVEN THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, I HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE REPAIR WILL UNDO ITSELF, SO TO SPEAK.
