TRADE-MARK CONSTRUCTION

Plumber started out as a simple repair/replacement of 2 faucets and ended up as a redo of 2 entire bathroom counter tops. First he said he could not replace the faucets as they didn't make that size anymore. Something to do with the "spread" of the knobs. So then we had to replace the sinks. Ok fine. Took him 3 tries of ordering the sinks, then they didn't fit...over and over. We paid up front for the sinks to be "special" ordered and rushed. They lost the check and I had to put a stop payment on it and reissue it. Again the sinks didn't fit. Like I said...THREE times. He then told us he couldn't get any sink to fit the opening we had, so we had to replace the counter tops so he could cut the holes to fit the sinks. This took like 4 weeks to finish. We had an argument about the cost of the tops, he said we picked out "premium" finish but we were absolutely positive we didn't. Finally we just paid him to get rid of him. AND wanted the check made out to his boss personally...not to the company name. Actually brought the check back to us to have it made out "correctly". Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Would NEVER use these guys again. Beware!!
