I was very pleased with the friendly and courteous staff, who made my nervous puppy comfortable. Dr Dodge was extremely patient and kind to my dog as well as with me, regarding any questions or concerns that I might have. He actually spent more time with us than most human doctors do. Based on my experiences so far, we will be coming here for quite some time. The prices have been very reasonable. My opinion of Dr Dodge would be that he does this because he loves his work and not just for the money.

Not good. Two days later I lost my loving pet. She died of an infection that I believe was missed by the Dr.
Looking back the Dr. never even took the dogs temp. at the office visit.
Response from Town & Country Hospital-Pets
"We have thoroughly searched our records going back to 2010 and cannot find a chart on a dog brought in to our hospital under the name Usakewicz. Your review was written in June, 2013 for a service performed in April, 2011. (We keep all records for five years). Is it possible that the dog was brought in under another name? Sometimes there are financial concerns and certain tests are declined by the owner. We are sorry for the loss of your dog. We strive to provide the best veterinary care to every animal brought into our hospital."

They are just wonderful. There are two doctors. They are husband and wife. doctor Kenneth Dodge and Doctor Lisa Jenson. I have been going to them for years. They are very reasonable. They are really amazing. They don't have a high tech looking office and the waiting room is not the greatest area. The do train their staff well. They are just wonderful. They are kind and caring. They care about the whole family. They are just very caring. I have been with them for ten years and I love them. I will use them again.

The both vets are Cornell graduates. I have boarded my cats a couple of times and they were very good. I will use them again in the future for my cat's rabies shots.

Finding a good veterinarian was the reason I joined Angie's List. Town and Country is not convent for me at all, but they had good reviews, and also accepted spay and neuter certificates. They have two vets and we usually see Dr. Dodge. We are happy with the services Dr. Dodge provides.

I am very happy and the vet is very kind and attentive. He's also very meticulous and takes the time the to check everything out. He shows that he really cares.

This site's format forced me to enter a specific date of service and specific cost even though I was trying not to because this is an ongoing relationship. The cost listed is approximate for two dogs with everything they needed for the year, and that is almost a hundred less than we paid at the first place we tried. In fact, I think it was less than I posted. We have spent about four hundred total there over more than a year now for two large dogs. We always get appointments when we need them and we never wait more than a couple of minutes to see the vet. I've said everything I had to say about that above.

My female dog is older and very anxious around new people while the male dog is just one year old and still inquisitive. They are a medium size breed (35-50 lbs). Dr Dodge impressed me very favorably when he came in and instead of having the dog put on the table, he sat on the FLOOR and coaxed the dogs over. He is very comfortable with them and exudes a feeling of trust. I am delighted to say I have found a vet that I feel has become a Veterinarian for all the right reasons - his concern is for our pet first. His office is simple and lacks ambiance. My dogs don't care. He is one of only two vets in the area that accepts the Friends of Animals spay and neutering certificates to my knowledge.
