All in all, it's a good place to do business with. They are not big on discounts, and their hourly shop rate seems a bit high. Even so, they have a sincere commitment to servicing professional snowplowing companies such as my own, opening early on snow days to take repairs and get you back on the road again. We've had a few run-ins but no major complaints with Rotella's in the many years we've taken our business there and the many purchases we've made.

The outcome of the repair was excellent. We were not satisfied with the time it took them to finish the repairs. They did a poor job communicating with us.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I felt physically threatened when asking them to address the faulty product they sold me, then they stole additional things off my truck when they took the plow back off. Also, when I got my truck back(I had to pick it up after they closed because it was not done when promised) They kept the key, and the inner door handle on the drivers side had been ripped off. I cannot believe these guys are stil in business with these practices.
