They assisted me in choosing the style and type of granite, and installed it. The apron sink that was put in place was too low, so they built it up so that it was at the appropriate height. They did the same with a floor cabinet that was 1/2" too short. The installers were extremely meticulous in their work. I knew the counters would look good, but has no idea they would appear as wonderful as they do. It's like adding jewelry to the room. The address of Tile and Stone of Syr is 4235 James St. 13057.

The whole experience was frustrating. The owner never tried to come up with a fair solution for us, and never personally called or wrote to us to see what he could do. We will never do business with Tile & Stone again. We even had other granite companies tell us that the reason our seam looks so jagged is because Tile & Stone did not use a sharp enough blade in cutting the granite. This owner should do the right thing and not try to make such a big profit on a job that he even admitted was not good!
