It took him a long time to complete the job. They first time he came he did not have the tools. It seemed he did not care. I was not happy with the work.

Excellent work, sent us before & after colored photos....big difference, looks great! We were just moving in to my childhood home, and now can enjoy those fireplace fires I loved so much! |Dave was very professional and did a wonderful job, and would recommend him highly !

Very responsive to providing the estimate, scheduling the work, and completing the work. Setup took a little longer than they first thought because they weren't able to use scaffolding. They didn't ask for more money because of this, though. It was a hassle-free experience.

After an initial glitch, in which the person who answered the phone & who said he'd do the estimate in two days' time, never showed up. When I called about it, a 2nd person apologized & we set up another appointment. Two workers did show up, gave me the estimate & did the work the next day. I left my house open for them so they could come and go. I understand it was logistically a difficult job, and they came back three times between mortar/sealant settings. They left the house neat & locked up. I thought $300 seemed a little high at first, but given the amount of time the job required, I think it was fair.
