 + -1 moreI obtained an FHA 203K loan from SSI. Heather C was my loan officer and she was great. Mary S who managed my loan was curt and not entirely pleasant to deal with but she got the job done. It seemed to me every time SSI said I was done or that I needed one more thing, they would need something else. I played a lot of wait-and-see. It was painfully slow. Heather felt my pain. I would not recommend using this company for a home loan.
