Sullivan's Car Care

It was very easy, I told them what I was looking for, there was a few cars in the lot. But then she said we just got this one in, let's look at it, it was perfect the kind I wanted. There was a little problem with a reading, when you drive it check gas cap or something like that. So, we brought it back to him and took it right in, he had to order a part or censor, took only like 2 days. Just brought it there, he put it in and we left. It was good, it was no charge. They don't need to improve, they took us right back in and wanted to make it right.

Good. They replaced a single ball joint and did a front alignment which was all that was needed. Pep Boys previously told me I needed both front control arms replaced which would have cost around $600. Sullivans discretion saved me nearly $300 which wasn't anything new for them. Knowing I didn't want to pour money into an aging car the previously injected grease into the wheel joint free of charge and I was good to go for miles more. This time my 15 year old Accord is running well again due to their work. It was challenging getting the car in to be serviced. Took me almost a week for them to find a slot to look at it and then another couple days to do the fix, but they are down one mechanic. I'm not sure how soon they will remedy that situation.

I go there all the time. I always get my cars inspected there. They always provide excellent service. My whole family goes to them. They're honest and they have no hidden cost. They'll tell you upfront what it's going to be and let you make up your mind what you want to do. There is nothing that they could do differently. They're perfect.

They were fine. I had no complaints. They were easy to work with. It was a positive experience. They appeared to be competent and they did the job.

I had an issue with a vehicle, they took care of the van and me and I have been purchasing vehicles from them ever since, It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and depend on, but I am now a customer for life.

I have always been very satisfied with all work done. I have a new car at present so maintenance has been simple. My old car which I had for seven years was also taken care of by Sullivan's the last few years I owned it. All work such as new breaks and new tire purchase and installation was well done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and prices were always and continue to be fair.
