Signature Cabinet Refacing of Syracuse

I called the guy and he showed up on a Sunday afternoon and he said that they can refinishing them. He said you will save a lot of money that way. So he showed me somethings and felt ok. I said ok lets do it and I gave my deposit. They were supposed to start working and said it would be between 10 days to 2 wks and that was August of last year. Two guys started working and would leave and have on person working by themselves. I called and asked about it because there was usually one person working. I noticed the corners were cut wrong and I asked about the corners being cut off wrong. We went back and fourth and they finally put in the doors and there were worm holes. When I started questioning the work they said its not fair to talk about it until the work was over. In every single door there was a hole in the doors. I asked them why and he said that that’s how the doors are. The more I looked at it I could not accept it. I told them to take them off and sent them to the company they refilled the holes and took them about a month. When they put on countertop the backsplash and against the wall is a cabinet. They put it so tight that it pushed the wall and squeeze the door so I cannot open the door. They came back saying they could not do anything about it. I helped them remove it. After this the backsplash by the sink it smelled. I called them and they are going to come and fix it. Waited two weeks and no word its an unbelievable nightmare.
