From the 1st phone call on, everything fell into place. They were able to tell me on the phone the cost per square foot (so I could add up the rugs' square footage myself if I wanted to) and scheduled a time convenient to us to come pick up the rugs. Steve Shehadi, the owner, actually arrived and talked with us about the job, measuring as they rolled up the rugs and helping us determine which rugs needed what repairs. It took less than 20 minutes for them to remove the rugs. The process of cleaning involves "beating" the rugs, cleaning them with a liquid cleaner, suctioning out the excess water, and hanging them to dry. It took about 3 - 4 weeks, which was fine, since we were having our floors refinished anyhow. They called us when the rugs were finished, set up a time to return them, and they were here promptly as scheduled. The rugs all looked great! The only thing they did not do (and we knew it was not included) was lay the rugs back down. However, they placed each rug in the correct room, rolled up and facing the right way, so it was simple to unroll them in place. Everything was done very professionally and Steve was friendly and extremely competent and helpful to us. A Plus all the way!
