Carpet Cleaning
The manager that came over said they do not provide that service...only clean up after a flood. Why the woman on the phone sent him to my house in the first place when they don't do that type of thing makes no sense. Then the manager told me he'd follow up w/me the following day w/the information of who to contact and he never did.

Carpet Cleaning
They left brushmarks all over the carpets which normally go away but they never did. In the contract it said I had two weeks to report any problems but I was waiting for the marks to go away so I didn't call until after that. When I called to ask about them the secretary was very nasty with me and sent two more people over to my house to redo it. They tried to charge me again for cleaning them again! Consumer beware: they really don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I definitely would not recommend this company to others.
