Small Appliance Repair
1st technician on the job was a seasoned professional. He ordered the part needed for the job and assisted in scheduling the next appointment to install the part. The 2 technicians who came to install the part stated i needed to hire a contractor as they were not allowed to 1)turn off the water to the unit and 2)disconnect hard wired power. They did not want to do the job. Why Sears sent 2 technicians is beyond me. I ended up hiring from a company called Automatic Appliance & Repair who had the job done in an hour. I was a loyal Sears customer for over 40 years and will never rely on them again. Very sad to see the deterioration of such an iconic institution.
