Description of Work: I called the number giving and it is no longer this Company;s phone #. I am assuming they have gone out of business and never took off their number from here.

Description of Work: Savon Cleaning Service did a partial cleaning of the basement and upstairs of my house.

Description of Work: cleaned upstairs and downstairs of house (except laundry room and office).

Description of Work: I brought a Groupon for 2 cleanings just like the previous reviewer, except that I was unable to successfully get Sheri and/or her people to come. She'd agreed to a first date in early October; my in-laws were arriving the next day and we were counting on them. Her mother called to cancel; nice lady--we got to talking and the next thing, Sheri is trying to make it work again. Her daughter was sick though, and things happen. I like to give people second chances, though I suspected she was in over her head. Responsiveness continued to be sketchy but she seemed sincere about coming in mid-November, just before My parents were to visit. In hindsight, I believe she responded because I had emailed that I was about to review her in Angie's list...Anyway, even after confirming and reconfirming in the 2-5 days before the date, she just didn't show, period. Luckily, Groupon was great about processing the full refund. But it was rather disappointing to have to go through all of this. Sheri clearly doesn't have the skills to run a successful business at this time. I wish her well, but I also hope she doesn't do business like this again. A lesson for me is Not to sign up for a Groupon like this if there isn't a limit listed by proprietor--because it seems clear that she just couldn't handle all of the business she'd contracted to do.

Description of Work: i bought a groupon for 2 cleaning sessions with this company. i was able to schedule the first appointment without any problem. they did a good job. althought as part of the groupon agreement, they don't open up the cubboards/closet and clean closet space. they cleaned the wooden floor and vacuumed the carpet. i thought they did a decent job. i ran into quite a bit of trouble trying to schedule the 2nd session. nobody would answer the phone number on file. i left multiple messages on the machine and even emailed the company. for over 3 weeks no answer. then i filed a complaint with groupon and then they returned my call but since i was at work and unable to answer it, they left me a message. I returned their call later and again no response. as of about 2 weeks ago 12/01. the number on groupon and listed on the website has been disconnected. luckily, groupon was able to refund the 2nd cleaning session.

Description of Work: I puchased a Groupon for half off. They did basic light cleaning of my entire house. They dusted, mopped floors, cleaned the windows, bathrooms, and other small jobs.
