I actually used the east office on Erie Blvd. Bill, the manager of that office, did the work. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. My car was promised to me by the end of the day, but it was finished well ahead of then. The cost came in right at his estimate. And his estimate was pretty comparable to the 2 other estimates I received. I ultimately chose Sam's based on prior experience with them. They've repaired this same car (after a confrontation with a deer) and another car (that was struck in a parking lot). Both prior experiences were excellent with excellent results.

Repair of parking  lot damage. Excellent communication, coordination with insurance company. Repair looks perfect. They did a slight schedule stretch based on some hidden damage - I was happy to hear an honest input, insurance covered it with no trouble.
