I called this company because of their great word-of-mouth reputation. Being a single mom with a very limited budget, I was nervous about hiring a contractor. I have only one, very small, bathroom in my home which had the original shower unit in it since my home was built in 1960 (or so I think.) I wanted a new shower unit, tiling, lighting fixtures, vanity, etc. to make it more clean and modern. Space was a real issue. Kirk was able to show me that if I used the space from the linen closet I could have more square footage in the bathroom while moving the storage inside the bathroom itself. Kirk explained every step to me and gave me pricing options at every stage. While he was in the middle of this renovation, I happened to mention I heard scratching sounds up in my roof. Kirk investigated and found out that the soffit on the side of the house had a big hole chewed into it, courtesy of a family of squirrels. Apparently they had made themselves home and were building a nest for their new litter. After I made sure nothing was trapped, Kirk repaired the rotted wood. I no longer have to wake up to scratching above my head! I plan on calling Salisbury Construction Services back when I'm ready to put a new tile floor in my kitchen.
