RPM - Residential Property Maintenance

It was a terrible experience.  He quoted me 3000-3500 but he said he needed more fill.  He said it would be 4700 but he offered a guarantee and he said he would fix it if it settled.  It turns out he used sand as the top layer so grass never grew.  Over the winter it did settle and exposed the steel frame liner that he didn't take out.  I told him about all of this and he came out and dumped 2 yards of dirt when he really needed 15-20 yards.  He also tore up my back yard.  I haven't heard from him since.

Chris was the only contractor who could do all that I wanted done, when I needed it done. I was a little hesitant when he said that for completing such a variety of things, it would be cheaper and easier if he just charged by the hour, but he did quality work, worked efficiently and charged honestly. While he was there, it started raining and we discovered a new leak in the roof. Chris made a phone call and within an hour a guy was there fixing my roof at a reasonable cost! Amazing! Chris was very pleasant, on time, did good work, was willing to do whatever was needed and had lots of suggestions to improve the house and yard. He is very talented and can do many things, but he knows when to call in an expert that responds! He even cleaned up after he finished.
