They've been good. They take it when they say they're going to take it. I called them last week to schedule an appointment but it was a week and a half in advance. I wish it was a little bit sooner.

I just have them do the oil change. I have not had my oil changed yet, and the oil is due soon. I like the Subaru car, I would go with them.

I bought my car here and used them for years. The service department is friendly, accomodating, and great to work with. However,it is expensive and they were not able to fix my AC this summer. They eventually offered to replace a part and not charge to labor, as I had paid twice. I ended up taking it to another place where I got it fixed fro $1000 less.
On the whole they are very good, as they give a loaner car, wash your car when they service it, have coffee and a place to work while you wait for your vehicle.

EXCELLENT - I called with the part number, unable to get it that day - went on the weekend, and the manager of the distributorship helped me out - opened the parts department, and my purchase was there at the front desk - couldn't ask for anything easier.
