"What this customer fails to mention is the fact that we resolved the problem to her full satisfaction on two computers and she issued a chargeback to her credit card. We originally charged a flat rate of $128.00 and she joined for a monthly unlimited computer support subscription for two computers. The work was completed to this customer’s satisfaction and she still charged back the charge on her credit card. When we called her to ask for payment she yelled at us and refused to pay the bill.
