Hindsight being 20/20, I should have called Dave from the start.  I originally called another company with poor results and less than friendly service.  I called Dave and asked his advice, he was up front and honest and agreed to come out to look at the situation that same day.  It turned out that replacing my hot water heater was necessary and Dave came the very next morning to replace the old one with a new one.  Everything went extremely well and I couldn't be happier, I will definitely be calling Dave first next time I have a heating or cooling issue.  Keep up the great work!

I heard about Reale Cool Heating and Air Conditioning through a friend of mine, after having a large company come in and tell me that I needed to have a whole new central air unit put in and vents changed ect at the cost of approximately $4000+. When I called him he was very professional and friendly and available within a very good time frame. My ac unit had been moved and exposed to moisture in the copper pipe. He came out and was able to dry out the unit (which I was told would not work by the other estimate) and hooked up the unit in a different location of the house. The price was amazing especially for the fact that I was quoted 10 times that and he was there quite awhile. He was very friendly to both myself and my dogs that liked to visit him while he was in the yard.

I have several rental properties in town - occasionally things happen- and usually they happen at night, or on a weekend or at very inopportune times. This was an apparent pilot light/ ignitor issue that happened late on a winter night (it gets pretty cold in Syracuse of course) - Dave was able to get to the building, get it fixed and let me know it was done all within an hour. Super, super service all the time.

Our air conditioning unit stopped working only a year after it was installed by a different company. I reached out to the original installer who informed me that he was out of town and retired , but he suggested Reale heating and a/c. When I called, Reale offered some over the phone suggestions, then offered to come by at the end of the day to check the a/c out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took some time to walk me through the system, and suggested maintenance tips to prolong the life of the unit. I'm very thankful for the service. Great experience, highly recommended.

Our a/c was not pumping air into the family room. He Checked the Furnace, the coing coil and then went into the crawl space to inspect the ductwork. A section of the coil like duct work had become disconnected. he reconnected these parts and then added extra support to kkep this from reoccurring. th he checked all the registers and discovered several probl;ems which were immediatly corrected. He educated us about the type of system we had and the original installation had been prroly executed twenty years ago.It is no much better and improved.. He explained that it would be very expensive to totally replace the original ductwork, but the system was improved. It took him less than an hour for the whole job.
