Kris was right on time for the appointment. Very pleasant and efficient. Gave me great suggestions and did a wonderful job at a fantastic price. Will call him again and again.

Call Kris on a Sunday morning after seeing a piano for sale that we were interested in. Kris agreed to take a 3 1/2 hour trip to look at the piano that day as to not miss out.
Kris inspected the piano and gave a polite but honest assessment of the condition and value of the piano as well as estimated cost to restore functional and condition.
Kris was courteous to me as well as the piano owner and provided expert knowledge on the piano's condition as well as work need.
Although we passed on the piano I have seen Kris' rebuild and restoration work first hand and would call him again to look at or work on a piano for me.

As usual, I called for an appointment and was able to schedule a time and date that I requested. Chris arrived promptly and was able to finish the job in about an hour. He is polite and friendly. His prices are lower than average, but he has extensive experience in working with pianos and musicians both private and professional. He also offers repair and rebuilding services. He works in Onondaga and surrounding counties, and occasionally travels to further locations.
