Carpet Installation
Went to pick up product and he was not available after he said he would be. Worker in store had to call owner to get an understanding of what I ordered.
No help loading.
Was not available to put on credit card. Had to call in over phone. I still have not received a receipt.
Product left over. I called to get it returned, only to find out there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Owner stated he would contact the flooring representative to request a waiver or reduction in return cost. I have not heard a word back. Very disappointed.

"Past customer. Satisfied with prior sales. Customer Special ordered 3 boxes of engineered wood flooring. Then changed it and added 2 more boxes. Just in case..he said. Gave customer same price as i did a year and half ago. this was not something I have in stock. Customer was very nice to my face and said he understood how business is. I paid for the freight to send 2 boxes back, which cost me $100. Re-stocking fee is a normal practice, on special order goods. customer complained about loading the boxes in his car...he is approx 60 years old, 6'6" and about 300 lbs. A big strong man..... I have serviced this customer very well in the past and frankly dont understand why he is upset. I have been very respectful to him always."
