It was my first time at this shop. The place seems clean and i was waited on promptly and professionally. They did the best they could to tell if the flush and brake work from another place was done properly. I was happy with this since they also tried to explain clearly what they did bc I don't know anything about cars. The problem that I had that my car started leaking oil a few days after the work was done and I had to bring it back in. They said it was a defective part (filter, gasket, I can't remember). I know problems or oversights happen in real life but if I have to come back to a shop for an oil change gone bad and it's the first experience at the shop, they've ruined their first impression and I won't go back. On the positive they didnt charge me to return but I think they should've refunded the entire cost of the oil change. Also, don't sign up for their email bc they send stuff out all the time. Easy enough to "unsubscribe" but still annoying. I wanted to like this shop but I won't be back.

Got right in to the shop the next day after calling. I was asked to wait and the job took one hour.

They were able to get me in for an appointment pretty easily. I was able to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. I have had good experience with Pat’s Automotive.

I have been using their services since I moved here over one year ago. Jay is usually the technician I work with. The owner, Pat, and Jay are both very friendly. They offer very good prices and I always get excellent service from them.

I have used their services twice. On my first visit, I had just stopped in to inquire if they did inspections and they were able take me in right away. I will be using their services in future.

I'd what caused the leak, replaced the filter and topped off the oil.

Overall they were friendly and helpful. I originally went to them not knowing 100% what my problem was with my 2000 VW Jetta VR6. I explained the problems I was having and Jay (one of the employees) gave my car a lookover, viewed my car computer error and gave me the likely diagnosis. From there he was able to give me a quote on parts and labor. It was easy to schedule a time to come in, and I actually had to reschedule because of unexpected events. They were easy going about the switch and scheduled me for another time that was quick on convienent for me. The price was reasonable for the work done. I will be using them in the future if I need work done.
