Very professional, showed me how the tv worked, or in this case did not. Paid spinal amount to have him dispose of the tv as well as the evaluation. I could have saved half the amount paid if I got rid of the tv myself but I chose not to.

Tony was very quick to call me back and was at my house within the hour. He's very knowledgeable and checked out everything from the TV to the grounding of my outlets to diagnose the issue. Turns out the HD portion of my TV is fried and the part is not readily available through the manufacturer. But he showed me how I can work around it by using the component and analog portions of my TV. He was very patient when explaining everything to me and was able to explain things in terms I could easily understand. I would recommend and use his services again.

It was repaired and worked for us for a while until the hidden problem caused a circuit board to burn out. As promised, PALMISANO fixed it again for only the cost of the replacement circuit board. It's working again now, and we know what to expect. If another circuit board goes out, it won't be cost effective to repair it again and so it will be replaced.
PALMISANO was direct and honest in all their statements and met their promises and timelines. We will be doing business with them for a long time to come.

Superb. Dropped off the TV on a Thursday and received a phone call Friday morning saying it was fixed and ready to pickup.
The TV video would fail off and on. Mr. Palmisano identified the problem quickly and found it was able to be repaired for a reasonable price.

Palmisano's TV Repair was great! Mr. Palmisano patiently explained over the telephone how to remove and label all the cables attached to the back of my TV so that I could bring it into the shop and save myself the $60. service call. There was a $30. droff-off fee that would apply to my total bill if he repaired it. He explained that he would not fix it and advise me to buy a replacement if the repair was not cost-effective. I brought the set, an LCD HD flat screen, in on Friday, and it was repaired by Saturday. They tested it again on Sunday and I picked it up Monday morning. The total cost of the repair was less than I had anticipated, and Mr. Palmisano explained the repair to me and told me there was a three month guarantee on the work. I was able to reconnect all the calbe when I got the unit home, and it is as good as new! I definitely recommend Palmisano's TV Repair as a professional and honest place to do business.

Anthony Palmisano is the owner. He actually comes to my house. I've known him since 1993. It's $54.95 for him to come out and see what's going on. He'll look at what I've got and then discuss what I need, whether it's cost effective and whether he can fix it. He just won't go ahead and fix it and say it would be cheaper for me to go and buy a TV. He's one of those types of people. He has a brother or somebody that answers the phone and he's a little rough when he finds people repeating themselves over and over. As long as he gets the number to give it to Mr. Palmisano, then it's good to go. He would come out to my house and take care of what I need. I've used him thrice so far. I would use him again in the future if need be.

This is a very small shop on the north side of Syracuse- been there for over 60 years. You need to bring the tv into the shop. They are very informal and friendly. They repaired the tv in a day for about half of what United Radio was estimating.
