They preformed everything that they said they would do and they did it in a timely fashion. There was an issue with them and I raised it because it was over a day’s labor which I felt wasn’t justified, and they responded by lowering their price appropriately, so ultimately I let them keep their money because they ran in to other problems that were unrelated and I felt very bad for them, but they were very responsive when I lodged a complaint with them and overall I have nothing bad to say about them. I did later seek more work from them, and they did not respond, so I am done with them, but that is an entirely different matter.

The plumber the company sent out arrived 1 hour late on a Friday. He started the project and stayed for 2 hours, then left before the job was done because it was snowing and he was worried about getting home. The plumber told me he would be back on Monday morning, which meant I (the home owner) would have to take another day off to be there to open the house for him. He claimed he called his boss at notified him that he was leaving early. He came back on Monday and finished the job, 2 more hours. I was sent a bill for $600 for the work done. When I questioned it, I was told that the plumber billed 8 hours total for both days. They discounted the bill to $400.

It went good and they did a really good job. They were reliable, on time and got the job done. They had a good price that was right in my range. They were friendly.
