This past time, my hard drive crashed, and needed the data because I neglected to back it up and another laptop had a broken screen. He said that he could come over to our house and repair the units or I could drop them off. I choose to drop off, because it was easier for me. The next morning, he called with an update, that included an assessment of the work needed. We agreed on the work and I will have both units back tomorrow. Since he has done work on our laptops in the past, I have no doubt the work will be completed, as discussed, and will be done tomorrow.
