Nick Orso's Body Shop

My Tahoe was beautifully repaired.  The car was immaculate when I picked it up.  Mike and his staff dealt with all the insurance hassles.  The vehicle has a trailer hitch that came with the vehicle.  It was damaged in the collision.  As we tow a travel trailer with it it was critical that the hitch be usable.  Orso's replaced the hitch.  I am completely satisfied with the service at Orso's and would highly recommend them .  We had a trailer hitch cover that my wife had hand decorated.  Without being asked Mike and his staff duplicated the cover.  My wife and I were very happy with this.  It's the kind of service that will keep me as a return customer of Orso's.  Thanks Mike.

This service was done on my 2008 Honda Civic hybrid sedan. I was transferring this car to my daughter and although I am a good driver, the car had gotten beaten up parking it in a parking garage for a number of years. I was really pleased with Nick Orso's Shop. The car looked great and my daughter was thrilled. Seriously (my daughter's word), this 5 year old car looked like new. The quote I felt was fair for the work, and they did not charge me one penny more than the original estimate. Work was done in a timely manner - all in all an A+ auto shop.

This is the second time that we have visited Nick Orso's Body Shop for auto repair within the past 6 months. Again our vehicle was damaged while it was parked. The damage consisted of a broken headlight assembly, dented front fascia, damage to the grill and front center emblem. The OEM replacement front fascia was expertly painted and blended into both of the front fenders for a seamless paint finish. All of the replacement parts where OEM replacement parts as requested (not aftermarket) and the work was completed in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful in dealing with our insurance company and was there to answer all of our questions. I would not hesitate to have Nick Orso's deal with any future repair and I highly recommend them for auto body repair.

Larry and the staff at Nick Orso's were courteous, professional and always available to answer questions and to address concerns. A loaner vehicle was offered but wasn't needed. Our vehicle did take a while to complete, but it was certainly worth the wait. Excellence can sometimes take a little longer. I highly recommend.
