They refused to provide me with any solid information about my water.  I felt that they were just trying to trick me into giving them a lot of money without proving that there is anything actually wrong with my water.  They wouldn't even give me a brochure.  I definitely do not trust this company after my interraction with them.

"We are sorry that this person does not trust our company but we have been in business in the area for over 48 years. We do not have brochures as our equipment is custom built for the person's water. We do a demonstration in the home and test for hardness, iron, chlorine, sulfur and total dissolved solids, we show the person these tests and their results on the spot. We then give recommendations as to what they could purchase to resolve those issues found."
