We dropped them because the prices went up, and we were using them for snow plowing and we were gone one weekend when it snowed and when we got home they had not plowed our driveway.

They are pretty competitive with pricing on the front side, but then once they lock you in, they charge you for silly things. They made some rock walls for us, pavers, planting areas, etc. Although the end result was quite pretty, they estimated that this job would take 2 weeks to complete and it took almost 3 MONTHS!! Every day they had a no excuse. That is his reputation. He locks you in and then sends one guy to do the work. I won't work with him again for many reasons, nor will any of our friends. There is almost never a group outing with our many neighbors where his name doesn't come up.

I have been using them for years. They cover all the aspects of what I need outside. Cost is per year. Covers chemical spraying, tree spraying and yearly maintenance.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO WHEN THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO IT. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, SO WE FELT IT WAS WORTH IT.

THEY ARE AN AVERAGE COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL HIRE THEM OR NOT BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THEIR PRICES VERY MUCH; THEY WERE TOO HIGH. THEY DID SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY FIRST CALL, BUT I THINK I MIGHT SHOP AROUND.
