The electricians worked with National Grid in scheduling and performing the work. From our standpoint, National Grid was on time for their part of the switchover. They returned after the electrical inspection took place and restored power for the electricians. Overall it was a smooth operation.

I like that I have a smart meter and I am not bothered by any workers. They will come to check if trees are going to be in the way of power lines. The best thing about this is that they cut down the tree and I got to keep the fire wood for no charge to me. The team in my area is very efficient and fix problems extremely fast. The most I've ever been without power is maybe two or three hours.

I am satisfied with the services we receive. I would refer them to others. They came in for the first time and were very good.

I use them every day. It's a huge conglomerate. In our area it used to be Niagara Mohawk, and the crew that worked for Niagara Mohawk still works there. It's just under a different conglomerate now. The local crew is very good. If we have problems with electrical outages and so forth we are very fortunate to have electricity back in a very short time. That's the way it has been so far. That's because of the local crew and not because of the conglomerate. They are reasonably priced. They are pretty damn good considering some of the other things that I have heard about electrical services. If there is a problem they would fix it right away. There are only three grids as far as electrical services are concerned. There is the East Coast, West Coast, and Texas. That's the way it is set up, so we don't have much of a choice of who we get.
