Modern Air Mechanical

Description of Work: Modern Air Mechanical installed a new high efficiency furnace and AC that replaced the original furnace from 1971. The quality of the furnace and AC inputs they they specified are of the highest quality as evidenced by the engineered details, fit and finish and overall appearance. The entire project took 2 days, and because of the age of our furnace infrastructure, much tin work,mpiping and electrical work was required, all included in the estimate. There were no extra work orders and the job was completed on time and in budget. A certified electrician was brought in to do some breaker work as part of the quote. Julian was extremely knowledgable and competent, it's an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. Every aspect of this work was done with precision and care, and the person assisting him on day one was also very experienced. This company is well outfitted with proper tools and equipment and the knowledge to use them effectively. The work areas were cleaned as work progressed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
