Filter reviews by service
area. They seem very nice and pleasant BUT beware. They will not get back to you
or come to the phone when important matters arise. They hold the rent
for long periods of time and you must beg them to release it. They make
mistakes, double bill and lie. They do not get repair quotes or tell you
if there is a problem with the rent, but then suddenly take it our of
their rent transfer that month with no corresponding repair bills or
pictures. They do not pay you and actually will tell you the tenant did
not pay when the tenant in fact has paid. They lie about repairs and
refuse to ever show any proof in form of bill or photo (their camera is
always mysteriously missing and their phones apparently aren't capable
of capturing a picture and their scanner is always down. There is ALWAYS
an excuse. They let tenants make modifications without telling the home
owner. They would not even allow me to get repair men or contractors
into the home - into my own home! I fired them and they have refused to
provide me with the remaining rent the tenants paid. They acknowledge
they collected the money but say they need to use it for other purposes
that has absolutely nothing to do with my property - this is criminal.
The tenants also confirmed that the work Mel & Jay billed me for
never occurred in the home. Do NOT use this company.
