Very pleased with how Dr. Wallace handled my pet

The charge was not outrageous.We have been going there for a very long time, and she hasn't caused any deaths of any of our animals in the past and is not going to do it in the future.

I have been using Mattydale Animal Hospital for approximately the last 2 years. The price is decent to the service, appointments are punctual, and it is easy to make an appointment on short notice. I use the vet for my cats shots and medical concerns. The staff is friendly.

I have an appointment with them in 3 weeks. They have a very affordable and competitive price. The thing that stood out the most to me was how much they care. I came from a vet and I felt when I went to the vet, it was kind an assembly line. It was like getting you in, get you checked, and get you out. It was very cold. This veterinarian really understood that my pet is like a member of my family. My vet should treat my cat like my pediatrician would treat my child, which was what I was looking for. The vet called personally in her own time to check up with my cat. She called after hours just to see how Daisy is doing, if we were comfortable with the results from the test that we needed to do, and how the cat is responding to it. It was not just once, but twice.

We have five lizards, five dogs and two cats. We take them there all the time between shots, cough or anything. Dr. Karen Leshkivich and Dr. Thea Wallace are like family now. It's more about care than it is about money with them and you feel that. They try to decide with you and get the other doctors in for the care of that one little animal. My little female lizard keeps getting water built up in her gullet so all the water in her body goes to her gullet. We take her there every twenty days to get 20cc's drained. They care and Dr. Karen Leshkivich does exotics which is fantastic to know. Dr. Thea Wallace will join with Dr. Karen Leshkivich to learn more about my lizard. It's really great because they are like a family trying to take care of the kid. When I did recommend them to my family and friends I told them that they work with you financially and also work at the best treatment plan for your budget. If you can't have that $2000 surgery, they will give you other options. I like that about them and they don't push you like some of the vets do.
