They are a fairly new dealership. Nissan never has recalls. That's why I stay with Nissan. They are customer service oriented. They treat you like family. They are friendly and they explain things to you. You are not just a Joe Blow walking in for an oil change. You are treated with respect, basically.

There were no delays, drawbacks or hesitations. When we were negotiating, they through out a payment that I thought was too high. They came down to my price, through in the paint sealant and signed the contract.

I lease a car, everything is done at the lease dealership. I don't buy, I lease so that way I can get a top of the line car at a lower price. I get rid of vehicles every three years. Here's the kick, I got a service book that my car needed an oil change. It's a new car, it's a 2016 loaded to the gills. I brought it to the dealership, the guy looked over the records and checked my mileage. He said I didn't need an oil change because I have synthetic oil that's good for a full year, or x number of months. He said that I didn't have to have it done, and that I shouldn't have received a notice. I'm going through a break in period with the car. Like any new car, all of the parts are wearing, especially a new engine you get fine metal clippings and gratings. I am a strong believer in an oil change. I get it done every couple months. Even though he said I didn't need it done, the car was at least six months old, it's going through its breaking in period, and I asked him the price of the regular oil versus the synthetic. The regular oil is $29, the synthetic oil was $60, so I went with the synthetic oil. Their price was fair. I've checked the price of synthetic oils at other local auto parts shops, including a filter if I was to do it myself. Their price was reasonable. The car was spotless when I brought it in, spotless when I brought it back. They actually told me that I didn't need to have service, it was my choice whether I wanted to get it done. I choose to get it done. They sat down and explained to me the advantages of synthetic oil. I was very happy. My car was ready in less than 45 minutes. They are courteous, polite and knowledgeable. It's like I was a member of their family. I even sent a thing to their parent company in Ithaca indicating how pleased I was with my experience with the dealership. I am going back in July to get my New York state inspection with them.
