Desantis was referred to me by my real estate agent in Syracuse. I had an existing washer that needed a matching dryer. The people at Desantis were patient and professional. They did a lot of work trying to find the best match and did not try to sell us the most convenient item. They delivered the dryer on time. Setup was very professional and clean. They took the old dryer for no additional cost.
