Lioto Enterprises LLC

All went well for two weeks. The he would show up late or not at all. Sometimes he would send a kid to do the work. We contracted the beginning of June and it was to be completed on Flag Day- June 14th. On October 31st we fired him after almost completing first bathroom. There was a three day hold up due to a footer problem, but the rest was him. The renovation was never touched. He asked for a draw to take family to NYC. He used our money to complete other projects and told us the fixtures had never arrived at the company. Then he said they were sent on the wrong truck. I called the company and that was a lie. I still have the text where is states, and quot;I am sorry I lied to you.and quot; His designs were wonderful. The execution a disaster. He forgot to put the stop in the pocket door. That cost us over a hundred dollars to repair. However, unless we take the wall apart it is never going to be right. the ceramic tile floor is uneven which we have to live with, and the white grout was filthy because he wore work boots while putting it in and then never sealed it. We had to go over all the grout with grout paint. He used primer on the ceiling and we had to pay a painter to redo. He used the wrong type of vent pipe for the washer/dryer which was going in the bath. Again, that had to be redone. not enough lighting in the shower. We had to have someone redo the towel cupboard. We were left on Nov. 1st to hire someone else and have the second bath done by Christmas. It was a nightmare. We would have sued him, but it would have cost us more money, and you can't get blood from a stone. We just joined Angie's list, so this is why the date was so long ago. However, if I can prevent someone else from gloving through this, I will.

First class job all around ..Had Lioto Enterrpises build a family room in basement last year,great job,so when I wanted a pantry build I contacted Lioto,while doing the pantry I mentioned patio door and Lioto says he installs them,I said great..I know places like Lowes and Home Depot will install them and I imagine they do a good job but I rather had it installed by a contractor I know and trust to do a great job..

Get job all around..pantry came out so good..

On July 5 I signed a contract with Lioto Enterprises to build a basement family room,took a little longer then I had expected to do the job,mainly because of a couple of problems but in the end a very good job..Lioto Enterprises did a super job on the basement family room and my grand kids love it..High quality work and his workers were first rate..
