General Remodeling
LaChase pushes its employees to do things in a hurry, which causes them to to make mistakes and take safety risks. So if a worker needs a taller ladder, he will be scolded for looking for one. So he uses a shorter ladder, and gets fired. Biggest problem is LaChase supervisors are young and inexperienced, and give conflicting orders to the workers. When the bigger bosses come in and don't see what they "want", the supervisor is forced to throw these workers under the bus, firing them. These actions are taken to intimidate the rest of the workers for some reason.
