I called them on a Friday asking for an estimate on fixing my gate and an overall estimate on fence repair and putting a fence up in one part of my car.  We quickly realized that it would be difficult for them to come at a time when I was home, but no worries, since they don't need to get in my house to look at my back yard fence. He took my email address and said he'd go by that next Monday and then email me an estimate. The estimate never came. I gave them till Thursday then called back and he said he hadn't had time, but would come by the next day, Friday.  It's now been another week and nothing. Time to move on.

I really liked this company.  Scott showed up when he  said he would for the estimate, and sent the estimate in a timely fashion.  They came in lower than 2 other estimates I had gotten, and very close to another which was using cheaper materials.  When I contracted the work, they said it would begin within 2 weeks, and it did. The workmen were prompt, courteous and professional, and cleaned up after themselves.  The fence looks beautiful, with a nice sloping transition between the privacy and picket fencing, and I will call them again when I'm ready to fence the rest of my yard.

A neighbor's tree fell on our six foot chain link fence. Leader came and removed and replaced a large section and repaired the connecting areas. Not a huge job but you wouldn't know that by the way Leader approached it. You couldn't tell if it was a $1,200 job or a $12,000 job to them. Fast pleasant service and quality work at a good price, you can't ask for more than that. Hopefully no more trees will be falling on my fence but if they do, I will be calling Leader.

I was impressed with these guys. They showed up right on time to give me an estimate, and explained my options. The fenceline was rocky and far from level, but they got it done quickly and result looks great. Price seemed reasonable.

I was quoted much, much higher by other fence companies. I had an initial look on Friday 8/1 to provide an estimate. The following day, Saturday 8/2, a team of four guys showed up and installed a brand new fence gate within 1 hour. I am extremely happy with the work provided as well as the price.

The experience overall was very good. We were up in the air as to what type of fencing to put around our pool, The company was very willing to provide us with ideas. They weren't pushy as to recommend the most expensive types of fencing that they provide, but the type of fencing that would work best for us. They were at our home when they said they were going to be be there, and did what they said they were going to do. The only area that I'm not completely happy with is that there is no reinforcement at the bottom of the chain link fencing. I'm not even sure if that is an option or not. We didn't know to even ask about it when we were ordering the fence. Just something for you to think about if ordering a chain link fence from them.

Horrible service...product does not hold up. Much better companies out there!!!!!!! Please check out the competition prior to doing business with Leader Fence. STAY AWAY FROM LEADER FENCE!!

They were responsive and professional. They showed up on time and did exactly what we asked them to do. The fence looks great! Im very please.

They were okay when they put up the fence but I had issues with them later on. The fence was put up nicely on the side of the house but around the back of the house I had some issues because of the crookedness of some of the spindles on the top. They were crooked and I called them to come back and repair them. I had to wait and wait and wait. This went on for years before it was done correctly. I wasn't happy about it. I talked to the owner and she told me that she was busy. I didn't care that she was busy. After 2 or 3 years they fixed it. I wrote letters and I had to keep hounding and hounding and hounding. When they came they were younger guys and I had requested that they let me know because I wanted to be here. I was on my way out the door and they said it was a quick fix and not to worry about it. When I got back home it was not fixed and it looked worse than it did before. Then I had to wait another year to get somebody else out here. I wasn't happy about that. I like the fence on the side and it took them a long time to get it right but I like it.

It is a family owned company and they take pride in their work and I like that fact.

Their quote was significantly higher than the quote I ended up going with. The person who came out to give the quote was fine. I would consider using Leader Fence Company in the future.

It went well. They showed up when they said they would and did the work in the time frame they said they would. The materials seemed high in quality. The gates were not perfectly adjusted, but that was a minor issue. There's was not the cheapest estimate received but we liked them based.
