Frank O'Neill is a perfectionist & all his work comes out beautiful. He is very creative; he can be pricey but he's worth it. I use his services every year.

We hired him based on a recommendation several years ago and have used his services on a regular basis. He is knowledgeable, honest and accommodating. He has planted trees and shrubs /plants. He provided us with a personalized
plan to fit specific needs. EXCELLENT job doing a major landscape. Removed old and planted all new shrubs. New mulch etc.
