We started with the idea that we could sand the old decks and stain them. That was not to be because the wood was long gone. We talked to several contractors and all they wanted to do was power wash our decks and put down some oil. Then we found Greg. From the first meeting we knew he was solid, intelligent and deep into his craft. He is a finishing carpenter and the job that he did for us is truly beautiful. Greg started the job as he said he would and was there on time every day unless we agreed otherwise. He works to finish and will stick to the job until it is done. He has been the best of the many contractors we've hired over the years. He also does kitchen and bathroom remodeling, finishing carpentry, door and window replacements, including storm door installations, and roofing and siding. I highly recommend him.
