They were professional and they had insurance, which was very important to me.

Terrible! Koch construction had done work in previous years on the roof of my 80 year old mother's house. She liked the job they did on her roof so she hired them when she decided to update her kitchen and bathroom. What a mistake! They took advantage of her and charged her more than twice what she should have paid, and most of the work that was done was completed improperly. She was threatened when she held back the final payment of @$500 on a total bill of over $20,000 because she was waiting for them to come back to make corrections to the work. Examples of some of the problems with the work:
Contractor used wrong color grout on kitchen tiles, the color of the floor molding that was used does not match the existing woodwork at all. He used a cabinet to cover the vent for the exhaust fan in the kitchen, the wood and color do not match existing cabinets. The tiles in the bathroom have uneven grout and are not level. Damage was done to adjoining room when they cut thru wall to install medicine cabinent. A wall sconce and piece of art were damaged by workers. Paint was damaged when towel bar and toilet tissue holder were installed and they did not touch up the spots they damaged.

Excellent job with minimal damage to foundation plantings -- a difficult job in a two-story roof replacement.

Not the lowest price quoted, but a great job from a trustworthy company.

Still looks great several years later. New windows made a significant difference in my utilities bill.
They are not anywhere near the cheapest game in town, but the work is of very good quality and they stand behind their work.

Guys were prompt, courteous, and fixed the problem.
