I initially went to them  because my contractor uses them a lot. Pros: salespeople were very nice, the price was good, they worked with me on things I brought up. Cons: they are supposed to be designers and NEVER suggested anything about things I might try for the room. I had to bring everything up - even purchasing hardware. The location of the business is out of the way. They were not helpful regarding some issues I had with molding - I had to figure it out. The cabinets were ok - I guess you get what you pay for. The cabinets arrived  with face pieces (that go on the top of the cabinet) the wrong color. Probably will not use them again.
