JEFF KREIS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

We have been Jeff's customer for 20 years, but Jeff Kreis Heating is no longer acceptable. I had a tune-up scheduled and the person did not show up, did not call, and then did not respond when I tried to contact them. I even messaged on the Facebook page but never received an explanation. It inconvenienced both me and our tenant. Unfortunately, Jeff passed away, and the person who took over the business is not following his pattern of excellent service.

Jeff came out on a Sunday morning when our furnace blower wasn't working and the outside temp was in the 20s. He is experienced, thorough, professional and very conscientious. Wouldn't go to anyone else for our furnace and ac needs.

Jeff is professional and thorough. He did not try to sell us any unnecessary upgrades or services, which the other people we called tried to do - the house is very old and the others wanted to replace all the ducts, etc, etc. The estimate was very reasonable. The installers were prompt, courteous and thorough. The outdoor unit was carefully installed to make it as unobtrusive as possible. The installation was completed on schedule and both the heat and A/C work great. I cannot recommend him more highly. The contact phone number is outdated, the phone number is 315-544-2263.

I was quoted $600. by another company to replace a bad blower motor. Called Jeff and he quoted me $325. for the same work. He arrived as scheduled, replaced the blower motor and checked out the rest of the furnace at no extra cost. Jeff was very pleasant and professional and I highly recommend him.

The work was done well and explained to me

I think he is very professional, does very good work and comes in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him. He is really nice and seems honest. He treats his customers well. He does excellent work. He has come out to follow up to make sure the furnace is still running well.

Jeff was wonderful in every way. He responded to my call promptly--although we played a bit of phone tag! He was on time for appointment and very polite. Our furnace was not coming on at all and Jeff came over and diagnosed the problem-the motor was shot. He quoted us an estimate and said he would shop around for a motor. He promptly called us back with a price-$300. all inclusive. It sounded very fair to me and we set up another appointment. He came over and installed the motor. Afterwards, when they (my husband and Jeff) went to turn furnace up to see if everything worked, they discovered the circuit board had a problem. Jeff tapped on it and it would work, then sometimes it wouldn't. Jeff told my husband, that there seems to be a problem with the circuit board, and my husband told him it would be OK---that we could just tinker around with it if it acted up.....Jeff told my husband that that wouldn't be a good idea because it could damage the new motor and recommended replacing the board. My husband was a little nervous about what the new price would be, but Jeff replaced it, and it still cost the original $300. he quoted us. Jeff is very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. I will definetely call him if I have any other issues and I would recommend him highly to anyone. He is a definite A+ in my book!

Mr. Kreis arrived at the appointment time, went right to work, cleaned , inspected the furnace making any adjustments necessary. He also cleaned , inspected and adjusted, turned on the whole house humidifier , he'd installed for us last heating season.
All work was done in an excellent , professional manner. He always advises us on the condition of our equipment and up keep we can do ourselves, to keep it running with no problems.
Last winter - February , our furnace stopped running all it took was one call and he was right there as a part on the furnace had gone bad, he replaced it right away at a reasonable cost and it was good to go.
We are so pleased with is work we've referred our neighbors to Mr. Kreis , who now takes care of their heating and cooling needs.
We first found Mr. Kreis on Angie's List and are VERY glad that we did !

Very good with customer. He did call and stated he would be a little late.....

Jeff Kreis arrived on time and worked efficiently. He made hauling the new heater into the basement look easy in spite of a steep narrow stairway. Jeff knows what he is doing and gets the job done quickly making the necessary measurements and connections. He also removed the old heater and hauled it away so I did not need to figure out what to do with it. I can see why others here rate him highly. The New heater has been working flawlessly for several months.
