We originally contracted with Jim to repair/drylock our basement wall, and re-sheetrock a portion of the basement ceiling. He repaired the wall and applied new sheetrock and it looks brand new. When Jim removed the ceiling sheetrock, he discovered that there were several worn spots on the pipes/ joints on the plumbing. He stated that the areas were questionable, but that we were not in any immediate danger of ruptured pipes. My husband and discussed it, we decided to have Jim replace all the problematic pipes and joints. He gave us a very fair price and he completed the work in the agreed upon time. It was a difficult job, as our home is 50+yrs old.
I would highly recommend Jim to any and everyone. He is a general contractor who can do any job, large or small. He is neat, clean, professional and a genuinely nice guy
