This particular palm is top-rated by NASA as an air purifier, and thus should be a popular item. I wanted one for my basement, however I had no luck finding one at the usual local sources, except Home Depot where a 3 ft palm could be ordered for $60.
Finally, I gave James Flowers a try after seeing their online listing. Areca Palm? No problem. I left my phone number and got a call the next day that my palm was in - a healthy 4 foot one for less than $40. Now, that's service! (I could have got it delivered but wanted to see it first). I don't know much about flowers or plants - but heck, with James Flowers I don't need to.
Nice friendly service as well.
