 + -1 moreI thought that they were very good. It was worth the price for me. It was a family heirloom. I was able to retrieve it and get it in a nice condition. I did not mind writing the check out even though I do not have the money to throw around. They were some times when I feel like the guy was a little exasperated with me because I would tell him to stop right there. I did not know the nature of the thing and I do not blame him for being exasperated on me. I was just trying to show him but I did not know exactly how to do that. All in all, I thought that they were professional.
Description of Work: I used Industrial Color Labs Inc at Downtown Syracuse. I had a VHS tape of a family picnic from the 80's. I could no longer see the pictures and I took it there. They went through and edited it for me. If you do not have the pictures on your old VHS but has a sound, they can get the pictures back with their equipment. They will put it in a DVD as well. I sat down with Industrial Color Labs and we went through the whole thing. We have cut things out, say things and put titles on it.
