Rob did a great job on our roof.  Our driveway was too narrow to bring in a dumpster for the tear off phase but he found a way to hav the dumpster off the street and not blocking the sidewalk.  The work site was cleaned up every day and I never had any complaints from our very close neighbors about debris or nails or anything.  Rob thoroughly explained all of the materials he selected for our new roof.  When it became clear that the rear of the house required new sheathing that was not in the original estimate Rob was up front about the additional cost and explained what he found in the existing roof structure that made the plywood necessary.  

And on the day he needed the power the most we inadvertently switched off the outside plugs.  Rob was able to locate a former client in the neighborhood and run power to our house to complete the job.  We are very happy with the results.

We had the roof estimated in May and were impressed by Rob's straightforward demeanor and his openness with his pricing. He showed us his cost, his markup, and his labor cost. He also didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary features for the job at hand. Rob understood the scope of what we needed and suggested a few routes to save us money. It took a few calls afterwards to get in sync, but once the job started everything went well. The floor of the garage was messy one day during demolition, but Rob blocked it off with plywood to make sure we didn't go in. To keep his schedule Rob worked through inclement weather (both rainy and hot).
