Landscaping
THE JOB STARTED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER ORIGINAL TIME PLAN, THE AREA WASN'T SPRAYED TO KILL THE GRASS AND THE FABRIC WAS TOO CHEAP TO CONTROL WEEDS AND GRASS FOR EVEN A FEW WEEKS. THE CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN "GOING TO LOOK AT IT" AGAIN AND AGAIN AND WANTS TO SPRAY IT WITH WEED AND GRASS KILLER. WHAT ABOUT NEXT SPRING? DUH!
