+ -1 moreTHE JOB STARTED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER ORIGINAL TIME PLAN, THE AREA WASN'T SPRAYED TO KILL THE GRASS AND THE FABRIC WAS TOO CHEAP TO CONTROL WEEDS AND GRASS FOR EVEN A FEW WEEKS. THE CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN "GOING TO LOOK AT IT" AGAIN AND AGAIN AND WANTS TO SPRAY IT WITH WEED AND GRASS KILLER. WHAT ABOUT NEXT SPRING? DUH!
Description of Work: WEED FABRIC WAS PUT OVER EXISTING AREA AND STONES COVERED....WITHIN 3 WEEKS THE GRASS WAS GROWING THROUGH OUR ZERO MAINTENANCE AREA - APPROX 500 SQUARE FT AREA OTHER AREA OF THE YARD WAS CUT IN AND MULCHED WITH ABOUT 2 INCHES OF WOOD CHIPS.
