She followed a computer program to ask us questions for information. She did not delve into anything in depth and seemingly made light of the complexities of our situation for the past year. In truth I don't know if she was trying to reassure us or that she didn't know the answers to our questions. The work was completed that day but I am left with the feeling that I could have done the just as well using a computerized program for a whole lot less money. We went to H and R Block for the reassurance of expert service but I'm not sure the return is of a caliber of expert. I wonder if I could have done better all by myself.
